GI Map helps to look at the gut microbiome to see how your gut is affecting your health.
DUTCH test looks at your hormones, cortisol levels and organic acids which provide insight into nutritional deficiencies, oxidative stress, gut dysbiosis, melatonin, neuroinflammation and more.
Talk about more than just food: I don’t just talk about what foods to eat and not eat, I discuss your lifestyle habits also. I will suggestions on what changes you can make in you life that can help to improve your health.
Educate and Coach: I take great pride in really educating and coaching my clients. I love to explain what is really going on with your health and get to the core root of the client's health issues. I also love to coach clients to help them to reach their goals.
