I’m Sabrina Sarabella, M.S., Clinical Nutritionist, Fitness Expert, and Mind-Body Coach.
For more than two decades, I’ve helped thousands of women transform their energy, metabolism, and mindset through a holistic approach that blends functional nutrition, behavior change, and subconscious reprogramming.
My background is uniquely integrative. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Women’s Fitness Specialist with advanced training in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Meditation.
I also hold board certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Hypnotherapy, TIME Techniques, and Life & Success Coaching, and I’m a Reiki Master Trainer and Law of Attraction Coach.
As the owner of The Fit Club Hoboken, a boutique fitness studio in Hoboken, NJ, I bring together the best of movement, mindset, and metabolic health to help women build strong, balanced, and resilient bodies.
